    How the system works

Seemoto data is hosted on Finnish servers and all data required by Fimea can be easily accessed through the service. Seemoto are delivered calibrated to the temperature at the site. Each device comes with a calibration certificate valid for two years.

The data measured by the sensors is transferred Seemoto via the base station device. The base station operates either via a mobile phone network or the pharmacy's Internet connection. Normally, one base station is sufficient to serve all the sensors in the pharmacy. In cases where the pharmacy premises are on two floors, a separate base station may be required on each floor to ensure connectivity.
