No need. Seemoto uses its own wireless base station and mobile network connection, so the system works without WiFi or cabling.

The sensors measure the temperature every five minutes and automatically store the data in the cloud, where it is easily accessible.

The devices store measurement data locally and automatically transfer it to the cloud as soon as the connection or power is restored. With the optional mini-UPS, temperature measurement continues during a power outage for up to 10-12 hours, and temperatures can still be viewed remotely at all times.
